About
Tree Frog Solutions exists to bring creativity, excellence, and collaboration to businesses, nonprofits, and events.
“Hey there! I’m ABR, a musician-turned-business and events person who loves blending creativity with practicality. I founded Tree Frog Solutions (TFS) out of a love for equipping organizations with effective strategies, making space for continuous creativity and compelling storytelling, addressing burnout in the workplace, and contributing meaningful work to the arts and business communities.”
The TFS Tenets
CREATIVE
With a background in the arts and love for blue-sky thinking, it’s in my DNA to bring a shot of creativity to every aspect of my work. I believe creativity enhances problem solving, vision casting, detail planning, team management, and everything in between.
COLLABORATIVE
When we work together, I’m one of your team. I blend executive advice with supportive and empowering workflows. Together, we make sure every project fits your goals and adds long term value to your organization.
EXCELLENT
I don’t believe in halfway. To work with me is to feel confident the final product is going to be put into an appropriately-sized box, wrapped with quality paper, and tied with a gorgeous bow. How? Realistic goals, achievable project plans, clear communication and expectations, innovation, and sensible grit. I thrive on doing a great job that goes above and beyond expectations you didn’t even know you had.
AUTHENTIC
I believe in transparency, which means you’re never surprised by hidden fees, unclear expectations, shoddy work, or empty consulting. If I can’t help you, I’ll be honest about it and do my best to connect you with someone who can. I’ll give you my honest thoughts and opinions, and I’ll communicate clearly. I’m more concerned with being a good person than a good capitalist.
HUMAN
I believe in excelling in business, but I also believe in excelling as a human. I’m passionate about reclaiming our humanity in the midst of productivity pressures. I believe in respecting work-life boundaries, regularly taking a step back to check in with personal goals, and matching expectations to energy. TFS is a safe place to innovate and excel with abandon, because your humanity will always be the understood priority.
