“Hey there! I’m ABR, a musician-turned-business and events person who loves blending creativity with practicality. I founded Tree Frog Solutions (TFS) out of a love for equipping organizations with effective strategies, making space for continuous creativity and compelling storytelling, addressing burnout in the workplace, and contributing meaningful work to the arts and business communities.”

More about ABR

ABR brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in nonprofits, education, and administration, including fifteen years in education, eight years in nonprofits, and three years in direct consulting. Her comprehensive background includes significant contributions to high-profile organizations and events, where she’s achieved notable successes. Before launching her own business, her most recent full-time position was as Associate Director of Operations and Communications of The Frances Clark Center and Associate Director of NCKP: The Piano Conference. She is honored to be known by former colleagues and bosses as both a “visionary” and a “finisher,” which illustrates her unique mix of ideas and practicality. She enjoys building dynamic relationships with clients where she treats their organizations as if it were her own– with huge doses of thoughtfulness, tenacity, and joy. She is fully insured and authorized to serve businesses in the USA and Canada.

If you were to ask me to name a “Most Likely to Succeed” person from my connections, it would be Anna Beth Rucker. During my time as an intern at the Frances Clark Center I was able to observe her leadership and detailed work from a close distance and, let me tell you, her dedication to excellence is unparalleled. If the Energizer Bunny were to be housed in an approachable, collected, and compassionate frame, that would describe Anna Beth. She has an amazing ability to turn long-term dreams into short-term goals and transfer those goals into action steps that she accomplishes with drive and fortitude. I saw this first-hand as she led our non-profit organization through hosting two distinct conferences (in-person and remote) in the span of a month. To add even more to that stressful time, she was also preparing for an international move! It was admirable to watch her stay the course through the months leading up to the conferences and experience her graceful leadership under tight deadlines and external stressors during the two events. Working with her was an absolute pleasure and I am sure that in whatever job she does for you, her skills will be an asset, and her congenial personality will make you wish you could work together longer. I could not commend her more highly.
